Dhaka North City Corporation has been working on this spot on Ring Road near Shyamoli for close to two months. In addition to the disruption it’s causing to a busy road, the way this gaping hole is kept -- exposed, with rods sticking out -- may lead to some serious injuries, especially at the onset of the rainfall of the last couple of days.
