A rickshaw-van driver is on his way to deliver a mountain of empty plastic containers, neatly stacked and fastened with rope on the three-wheeler. The stack is so high that the driver can’t be even seen from the back. While such seemingly precarious arrangements is the norm for transporting materials on rickshaw-vans, sometimes they may be too risky for the roads.
