Near Baily Road’s Viqarunnisa Noon School and College campus, a manhole right down the middle of the ‘tin rastar mor’ is left uncovered. With no caution signs or barricades whatsoever, only a bamboo pole has been stuck inside it to warn pedestrians and vehicles of the danger it poses.
