Bagerhat's ex-MP, eight AL men arrested

Detectives have arrested the former lawmaker from Bagerhat-4 constituency, Amirul Alam Milon, and eight other Awami League leaders and activists from different areas.

The arrestees also include a former ward councillor, according to press statement shared by the media wing of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.

The, statement, however did not elaborate the arrests, names of the other accused and cases in which they have been arrested.
