Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) today arrested a man in connection with the death of popular actress Humaira Himu.

The arrestee is Mohammad Ziauddin alias Rufi.

Further details regarding the arrest could not be known immediately.

Humaira Himu died at her residence in Dhaka yesterday. Actors Equity Guild President and actor Ahsan Habib Nasim said that she died by suicide.
