Country’s first-ever pet ambulance service launched

For pet parents, it is terrifying to watch their beloved furry friends fall sick and even more difficult to struggle to find a transportation to the vet.

Addressing this urgent need, Susthotaa has launched the country's first-ever pet ambulance service yesterday (February 15), ensuring that no pet suffers due to lack of transport.

Angelo Afnan Hamid, chairman of Susthotaa, shared his personal experience: "One of the scariest moments for any pet owner is when their furry baby gets sick. I had a pet dog, and since I didn't own a car, I had to rent vehicles to take him to the vet. Many drivers refused, saying pets weren't allowed. I faced this countless times. That's when I realised - our pets deserve a dedicated ambulance service just like humans do."

"With nationwide availability, this pet ambulance can take your pet to the nearest vet or even on long-distance trips outside the city. The service charges are similar to regular ambulances, making it accessible for all pet owners," Mezbaul Amin, co-founder and CEO of Susthotaa, said, adding: "Our goal is simple - no pet should suffer due to lack of transport. Whether it's an emergency or a routine check-up, we are here to help." "You can also pre-book the ambulance services anytime at www.susthotaa.com or call 09601 222 777 for emergencies," he added.
