FM returns
Foreign Minister Abdus Samad Azad returned home yesterday ending his five-day visit to China where he signed a 24 million US dollars interest free loan for the construction of a convention centre in the capital to host the 13th NAM summit scheduled to be held here in 2001, reports BSS.
During his stay in Beijing Azad called on Chinese Prime Minister Zhu Rongji and other Chinese leaders.
He held bilateral discussions with his counterpart Tang Jia Xuan.
