Nolte (Germany) opens up new showroom in Chittagong

Nolte, a popular kitchen and furniture brand from Germany, has started its journey in Chittagong. The furniture store opened its second Bangladesh showroom in the port city in association with ICON International recently through a grand opening ceremony.

Alhaj A J M Nasir Uddin, Honorable Mayor, Chittagong City Corporation, inaugurated the showroom, located at 643, Agrabad Access Road, Chittagong. Earlier Nolte's journey in Bangladesh started with partnership with HATIL, the leading furniture manufacturer and retailer in Bangladesh by opening up of the first showroom at Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka. The tie between HATIL and Nolte is expected to create new landscape in Bangladesh furniture industry. 

The new Notle showroom will display the latest trends in Kitchen, Bedroom and Living Room solutions made in Germany. The showroom will showcase seven different types of kitchens in terms of material systems and finish combination, making it the largest ever kitchen display in Chittagong. 

Md Iqbal Bahar, Police Commissioner, Chittagong Metropolitan Police and Mahbubul Alam, President, Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industries were also present as special guests on the occasion. Selim H. Rahman, Chairman and Managing Director of HATIL Complex Ltd., and other management representatives from both HATIL, Nolte, and ICON were also present on the occasion.
