No clue yet to Farhad Mazhar abduction: IGP
Police have not yet found any clue over the alleged abduction of writer and poet Farhad Mazhar, Inspector General of Police AKM Shahidul Hoque said today.
Law enforcers are still investigating the incident, the IGP said while replying to queries of reporters at a seminar at Diploma Engineers Institute in Dhaka.
Mazhar, who allegedly went missing from Adabor in Dhaka on July 3, was rescued from a bus in Jessore later in the day.

Farhad Mazhar, also a columnist and political analyst, in his judicial statement said several unidentified men had forced him into a microbus and blindfolded him minutes after he came out of his Adabor home to buy medicine on July 3.
His wife Farida Akhter filed a case in connection with the incident with Adabor Police Station in Dhaka.
