FM Mohammad Fahad Rahman drew with GM Mollah Abdullah Al Rakib in the Category A fourth round game of the SAIF PowerTec 2nd International Rating Chess Tournament at the Bangladesh Chess Federation hallroom yesterday.

Fahad, playing with the black pieces, held Rakib after 60 moves to share second position along with 10 other players on three points each. The others are: GM Ziaur Rahman, GM Rakib, GM Enamul Hossain Razib, IM Abu Sufian Shakil, FM Aminul Islam, FM Taibur Rahman, FM Fahad, WIM Shamima Akter Liza, SM Sharon, Masum Hossain and Md. Siddiqur Rahman.

Meanwhile, IM Mohammad Minhaz Uddin maintained his solo lead with 3.5 points after drawing against GM Razib.

In Category B, eleven players shared the lead with the maximum 4 points.
