Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor hopes that being in the company of poetry lovers Irshad Kamil and Imtiaz Ali, with whom he is working on in “Tamasha”, helps him understand poetry.

“It is something that you have to understand. It is not easy. 'Tamasha' has a lot to do with poetry. So I hope to understand it more,” Ranbir said in an interview.

The actor added that he is spending time in the recording studio with lyricist Irshad Kamil and music maestro AR Rahman.

Ranbir launched Irshad's book on Friday. After “Rockstar”, the trio has teamed up again for “Tamasha”.
