Bangladesh hammer Nepal 6-0

Bangladesh get off to a flying start in the SAFF U-15 Women's Championship with a 6-0 drubbing of Nepal at the Birshreshtha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur today.

Tohura Khatun bagged a hattrick while Anuching Mogini scored a brace and Monika Chakma scored the other as the hosts lived up to the billing of pre-tournament favourites.

India, meanwhile, beat Bhutan 3-0 in the first match of the competition earlier in the day.
