Guardiola listed in Spanish police report for rebellion
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola’s name has been listed in a Spanish police report, Marca report says.
The Spanish police listed the names of several public figures as part of investigation regarding the Catalan Independent movement. On June 11 this year, the revered former manager of Barcelona football club, rallied in the city on Sunday to support the Catalonia independence referendum called for October 1.
According to El Nacional, the police report said: "The event had the aim of defending the referendum and of promoting the unilateral path."
"A manifesto was read by Josep Guardiola."
Guardiola has been wearing a yellow ribbon to show his support for Catalan leaders who were arrested due to the Independence movement.
