Shakib out, Mahmudullah to lead in SL T20 series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board announced today that Mahmudullah Riyad will lead the Tigers in the absence of injured Shakib Al Hasan for the upcoming T20 series against Sri Lanka, starting on February 15.

Uncapped left-arm spinner Nazmul Islam Apu has been called up to the squad to replace Shakib, who did not recover sufficiently from the injury he suffered during the tri-series final against Sri Lanka.
