Last min conversation between ACT controllers and US-Bangla pilot
Here is the last-minute conversation between Kathmandu Airport Traffic Controllers and the Pilot of US-Bangla aircraft just few minutes before the aircraft crashed in Kathmandu of Nepal today.
Total 71 people were on board, among them at least 49 people were killed in the crash.
The audio of the conversation revealed when US-Bangla Airlines Chief Executive Officer Imran Asif said the wrong signal from air traffic control (ATC) tower of Tribhuvan International Airport led to the aircraft crash.
Meanwhile, Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (Caan) Sanjiv Gautam said the aircraft of US-Bangla Airlines that crashed in Kathmandu was out of control while attempting to land on the runway.
