Natore clinic owner held for ‘raping’ nurse

Police yesterday arrested a clinic owner on charge of raping a nurse in Natore recently.

The accused was identified as Shafiul Alam Bablu, 42, director and owner of Al Sun Hospital located in Harispur area of the district town, reports our Natore correspondent quoting Mashiur Rahman, officer-in-charge of local police station.

Police also recovered some video clips of the rape that was filmed by Bablu, said Mashiur.

Bablu reportedly raped the girl and recorded the video of the incident which led to his arrest, the official said.

The victim will lodge a case with Natore Police Station, the OC added.
