University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) welcomed the new Bengali year with much enthusiasm and colourful festivity.

ULAB VC Prof. H.M. Jahirul Haque; Special Advisor to ULAB Board of Trustees Prof. Imran Rahman; ULAB Emeritus Professor Rafiqul Islam; and ULAB Registrar Prof. Akhtar Ahmed attended the rally along with students, faculty members, and admin members who joined the programme at its permanent campus at Mohammadpur. They carried masks, models of animals, and other symbols of our Bengali heritage and participated in the rally.

Advisor of ULAB Art and Photography Club AFM Moniruzzaman Shipu directed the rally. Advisor of ULAB Co-Curricular Office Dr. Pinki Shah was also present.

The fair featured many stalls organised by different clubs where chotpoti, fuchka, pitha, and other traditional Bangladeshi desserts were available. ULAB Shangskriti Shangsad performed cultural activities to celebrate the day.
