NEVER MIND OFFER

Broken screens of Samsung smartphones can be replaced through the Never Mind offer. This is a one-of-a-kind service by Samsung. It allows a one-time screen replacement for a minimal fee.

WATERLOGGED SERVICE

Samsung has designed this service for the rainy season, so patrons can enjoying their devices fully rather than worrying about their gadgets getting wet in the rain. Waterlogged mobile phones can be fixed for free for purchases made before 31 July, 2018. Customer can avail the service at any Samsung service centre, which will verify the activation date, and confirm whether it is eligible for the service or not. PICK AND DROP

Samsung will take now offer pick up and delivery for  your phone for repairs. This service is includes tablets, for a nominal fee of Tk 500 only. Call the call center at 08000300300, and register the request. The service centre will then schedule an appointment with the customer and arrange pick up the device for repairs by service centre engineers, and later delivered back.

SERVICE TRACKER

Through MyGalaxy app, customers can track the progress of their mobile phones' repairs, with the Service Tracker under the Care section of the app. The app uses some basic information about the mobile phone to track its progress at little or no expense.

SMART TOOL

Samsung Smart Tool is a convenient way for the customers to update to the latest software, at the Samsung brand shops. A customer can plug the device to the Smart Tool and get all the updates, all at one go.
