Cookups launches new website

Cookups, the largest local homemade food market, has launched its new website for diners who are looking for a taste of home. The site offers a variety of home cooked food from various local and international cooks around the city, and even includes offers of fresh local produce such as chemical-free mangoes, pure ghee, and honey. Aside from being able to order food, interested cooks who want to earn an income selling their dishes from home can also sign up on the site.

'We are very happy with our website, which should make ordering food online seamless for our diners. We hope that this will encourage more cooks to sign up, as well as sell more of their delicious homemade food. Our diners will be able to browse from a host of options, as well as filter by price, date, cook, cuisine etc, much like on our app,' says Misha Ali, co-founder of Cookups.

The website was launched at the Cookups Night Bazaar, an event that took place in the MIDAS Centre during Ramadan.
