Splendid new treats introducing new flavours at Amari Dhaka

The Bakery at Amari Dhaka, located at the hotel's Cascade Lobby Lounge, has special treats this October for the sweet lovers! The jewel of their selection is the Callebaut Opera cake, or the Opera Cake as it's famously called. It uses a definitive French recipe, with layered Callebaut Ganache and fine Almond Joconde, which gives it a rich creamy flavour. Their other iconic creation is the Red Velvet cake which is made from layered white chocolate and red crumble. The cake will melt in your mouth with its cream cheese dollops, delivering a punch of flavours that complement the white chocolate. Candied butterfly and pea flowers are used as adornments. The Bakery can also deliver cakes with any design and flavour as per their client's requirements, be it corporate or personal.

Moreover, the bakery offers a wide selection of pastries. The Blueberry Danish pastry is a particular favourite, and is made from a traditional Danish recipe. At least ten flavours of macaroons are available at any time, with new flavours being continuously added.

The Opera Cake and Red Velvet are both priced at Tk 2,000++/pound. Other cakes start from Tk 375++/piece with a wide array of flavours to choose from.
