To begin with, there is the traditional gulabjamun. This delicious item consists of soft, round, melt-in-your-mouth treats that are made from fresh milk, and soaked in rose-flavoured sugar syrup. The rose flavoured syrup lends the dessert a beautiful fragrance and makes it feel both decadent and very special. Next is the famed Amaya Kheer which is a cardamom-scented rice pudding that owes its richness to whole milk, reduced by half, which yields a thick, creamy base. It is deliciously creamy with a rich sweet flavour. The barfi is another sweet that will be radiating its flavour at the Indian station this Diwali. Thick, creamy and delicate, Amaya's range of barfis are made from thickened whole milk.
All these items, along with a sensational interactive dinner buffet, is priced at Tk 4,000 net with a Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer.
