Savour the taste of Ara-bia this Ramadan at Pan Pacific Sonargaon
Ramadan in Dhaka is going to be a delectable Arabian gastronomical tour for the food lovers, after a long day of fasting, at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. This year, the highlight for the iftar buffet is all about a Pan Arabian iftar with Asian and Western flavours.
The hotel has done away with the typical buffet line-up, and has introduced corners like Arabian kebab corner, assorted rice corner, dessert corner etc. The quintessential iftar item- the date, too, will be served in a separate corner in assorted varieties, including dry and regular dates. Desserts like Qatayef, Tulumba, Basbousa, Baklava etc. will be offered. The assorted rice corner will feature treats like Lamb Ouzi, Khebsa and many more. For a dose of solid protein, the kebab corner will be featuring Urfa kebab, Peshwari, Hariyali, Reshmi kebab etc.
And of course, crowd favourites like jilapi and halim are not forgotten in this selection! Three different types of jilapis- orange and saffron, regular, as well as sugar-free, are part of the iftar spread where guests can watch them being made fresh. The hotel has also taken care to include a corner for those with specific dietary needs during iftar. As for halim, the regular one will be offered, alongside a special Hydrabadi style halim. Handmade muri will also be a special highlight alongside different types of sherbets and drinks.
Guests are also in a for a treat as Executive Chef Krisnamurti Damarjati will be adding to this spread with a set of his own dishes, making this the ultimate iftar lineup this season.
This scrumptious iftar will be hosted at Pan Pacific's Café Bazar. Priced at Tk 3,800 (all inclusive) per person, guests can also avail Buy-One-Get-One Offers from selected cards from specific banks.
