Tigers cruise to final with easy five-wicket win
Another consistent team performance from the Tigers saw them win by five wickets against the West Indies at Malahide in Dublin. Mushfiqur Rahim fell before finishing off the chase but his 63 off 73 deliveries helped Bangladesh cruise to victory easily with 16 deliveries to spare and make the final of the tri-series.
Mushfiqur Rahim came in with Bangladesh in a bit of trouble following the wickets of Shakib Al Hasan and Soumya Sarkar in the same over. He helped build the partnership of 83 runs for the fourth wicket with Mohammad Mithun before the latter fell for 43. The experienced campaigner played a cool and controlled knock with Mahmudullah Riyad (30 off 34) to take the Tigers to a six-wicket victory with another 50 plus partnership. Earlier Soumya struck another fifty in this tri series to give Bangladesh a bright start in their chase of Windies' score of 247 for 9.

Mithun falls after scoring 43
West Indies skipper Holder breaks a dangerous looking 83-run partnership between Mithun and Mushfiqur. An inswinging delivery that nips in off the pitch and goes through the gap between bat and pad and uproots the offstump as Mithun goes for a drive.

Mushy, Mithun start rebuilding
After losing Shakib and Soumya in the same over Bangladesh were left in a spot of bother. However, next batsmen in Mushfiqur Rahim and Mohammad Mithun start rebuilding as they string together a 55-run partnership for the fourth-wicket stand. Bangladesh require another 86 runs off 108 balls with seven wickets in hand.

Tamim falls after a promising start
Tamim came down the track to play an Ahley Nurse delivery but could not quite get to the pitch of the ball. Nurse provides the first breakthrough for West Indies as Tamim plays for turn, looking to block it hurriedly, and the ball sneaks through the gate and hits leg stump.

Bangladesh off to a good start

West indies post 247 for nine after Fizz's four-for
Mustafizur Rahman bagged two wickets in his last over, the 49th of the innings as Windies managed 247 for 9 in their second game against Bangladesh in the tri-nation series. A Shai Hope 87 and Holder's 62 allowed Windies to put up a fighting total on a day where Bangladesh bowlers got important breakthroughs and kept the runs in check. Mashrafe bagged three wickets while Shakib grabbed one and gave away just 27 in his 10 overs.

Wily Mustafizur Rahman takes Bangladesh's third wicket as Roston Chase plays an angled delivery uppishly to Mahmudullah Riyad at mid on. Riyad fumbles but manages to keep a hold of the ball. Looked like he did some damage to his fingers while taking that catch.
