Khelaghar Ashor hosts art competition for children

A painting competition for children was held at the auditorium of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Sangrahashala’s Art Gallery, recently. Khelaghar Ashor, Jatiya Shishu Kishore Sangathan’s Mymensingh unit, organised the competition.

Sheikh Mohiuddin Ahmad, secretary of Mymensingh Press Club inaugurated the competition as the chief guest. Ataur Rahman Minto, Coordinator, Mymensingh division of the forum, presided over the inaugural session.

General Secretary of the forum’s central unit Runu Ali, with artistes Gazi Milton and J I Sumon were also present, among others.

A total of 193 children from different educational institutions participated in the competition in four groups. 20 of them were selected as finalists. All the participants were awarded with certificates.
