7th Bangladesh Conference begins
Seventh Bangladesh conference, arranged by Bangladesh Affairs Forum, started in Germany’s Berlin today.
The two-day long conference will have four sessions in which economic progress, democratic structure, cooperation of the international communities, fuel and environment of the country will be discussed along with five workshops, reports a correspondent.
Bangladesh Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen and Coordinator of Bangladesh Forum Drik Saam gave welcome speech at the inauguration event.
On the first day of the conference Prof Anu Muhammad of Jahangirnagar University read out an article on visions and its developments-scope and challenges.
Environmentalists, human rights activists and others who are involved in various development projects in the country and experts are attending the conference.
