A group of bird lovers holds two pond herons in Moulvibazar’s Sreemangal upazila yesterday. A man named Samad was selling the birds in the upazila’s Debbari Residential Area. On being informed by locals, the four went there and rescued the birds, which were with them till last night. The bird lovers said they had also saved some Lesser Whistling Ducks from the same man last month. Photo:
