Inspiration from the medieval: Le Reve's winter nostalgia

This year's Fall/Winter Collection is essentially the story of medieval romance, as guided and presented by Le Reve's Design - Director Monnujan Nargis.

For men, the line includes jackets, hoodies, sweaters, causal blazers, denims, chinos, cargos, etc.

Light-weight windbreaker jackets, down feather jackets, parka, and faux leather jackets can give you a trendy and manly look this winter. They are in yellow, green, pine-green, blue, black, maroon, beige and grey melange. 

Meanwhile, hoodies come in sweatshirts, shirts, T-shirt and jackets. Fabrics used are mainly fleece, terry and plaids. 

Twill and quilted knit fabrics are used for causal blazers. Colours used include jewel tones and earthy brown tones. For women, the wardrobe includes jackets and coats, sweaters, vests and shrugs, ponchos and a wide range of shawls. 

There is also a beautiful range of mufflers. "Our mufflers are handmade and very stylish. They are in bright colours," informed Nargis. 

Materials used are parka, fleece, lycra, silk jacquards, cosy wool, twill and denim. The list of colours include rich jewel tones such as orange, cobalt-green, indigo-blue, green, yellow, red and black. To express the medieval romance in the collection, karchupi with glass work, flock print, screen print, tie n' dye and various hand stitches have been used for ornamental decoration.
