An illegal locally made three-wheeler trundles on a u-loop in Badda in the capital yesterday as a car tries to pass the slow-moving vehicle. While all these are going on, a biker decides to go against the traffic. Many motorists ignore traffic rules in the capital especially when law enforcers are not present.
