Research finds proof of male students’ existence despite continuous absence on news

"Every day, before going to my office, I drop my son off at his school. But I have never seen a male student on the news or newspapers, let alone my son. Does my son really go to school?," a father of a class 5 student asked. 

He wondered whether male students really exist in the country or if he is practising a futile exercise (dropping son at school before office) as he has never seen a male student's photo or in the news.

Like parents, male students actually started to doubt themselves.

After watching thousands of videos and reading millions of news articles, male students are in despair at failing to find their existence at least once.

"Do we really exist or are we in a parallel universe where we pretend to go to school but in reality, we are not even students? Are we dreaming?" a boy, claiming to be a student, said.

This disbelief seems to be serious as a female student expressed a similar concern.

"My classmate Hasan is a boy. We have been seeing photos of us, not boys. While journalists were capturing videos, these boys were there. But in news, they are nowhere near us. How is it possible? Are they some sort of aliens who are actually invisible to the camera?"

This has also been of serious concern to social media intellectuals. Every time educational institutes are covered in the news, people tend to check whether there are any boys in the photos or videos.

Meanwhile, a group of researchers after decades of non-funded hectic research showed glimpses of hope by unearthing some men who claimed to have been students at some point.

They said, "What media and journalists are showing is totally misleading. There are male students here. We have some photos and videos that we captured when we were students."

Researchers collected those evidences for further research. They called some well-known photo and video journalists of the country to validate their findings as journalists possess the pool of photos and videos of different educational institutes. After several attempts, finally a journalist agreed to comment under the cloak of anonymity.

"Male students aren't invisible or aliens. They are here, but we don't show them as we are trying to compensate forcenturies of patriarchy", he said. "And really, which sex do you think is actually learning these days?"
