Monash College Diploma (MCD) Orientation, a program organized by Universal College Bangladesh, the exclusive partner of Monash College, Australia in Bangladesh, has been held on June 14 at their state-of-the-art campus located in Gulshan 1 SA Tower.

It was a historic moment for the students and their parents as they are getting the opportunity to access world class education right from the comfort of their country. Students who enrolled for Monash College Diploma (MCD), which is a first-year undergraduate degree equivalent program, participated at the event.

Asha Balaji, Team Leader - Special Projects, International Student Recruitment, Monash University Australia, and Daniel Lum, Senior Executive, International Recruitment and Development, Monash University Malaysia, joined the historic event virtually to talk about the student's education transition to their respective Monash campuses in Australia and Malaysia once the student completes their pathway programs at UCB. To widen the international education options for students, a brief on how they can join other international undergraduate programs across the globe upon successful completion of their first-year equivalent program here at UCB was also given.

Skill development of students is an arena that UCB has always prioritized since its inception. UCB has organized multiple global student training sessions for students of Bangladesh. The diploma session was followed by training sessions set across 3 days for these newly enrolled students to equip them with the skills required for the Monash programs being offered at UCB right here in Bangladesh.
