All educational institutions in Chattogram, Barishal and Khulna divisions-- have been declared closed due to Cyclone Sitrang.

The Ministry of Education issued a notification on this regard today (October 24, 2022).

According to the notification, the ministry has instructed to use the educational institutions in the cyclone-hit areas as shelter centres.

The educational institutions that will be used as shelter centers will remain closed until further notice, added the notification.
