Indian ed-tech company BYJU's appoints Messi as brand ambassador
Prominent Indian ed-tech company, BYJU'S, has announced PSG star Lionel Messi as the global brand ambassador of BYJU's social impact arm, Education For All. The captain of Argentina, one of the biggest football stars in the world, has partnered with BYJU'S to advance the cause of equitable education throughout the world.
Messi will serve as Education For All's first international ambassador. BYJU'S is also a sponsor of the 2022 World Cup.
Located in Bangalore, India, BYJU'S was established in 2011 by Divya Gokulnath and Byju Raveendran. BYJU's is estimated to be worth US$22 billion as of March 2022, and the company states that over 115 million students are currently enrolled.
BYJU'S is currently one of the top companies in the world and has a market presence in 121 nations.
