Two films, "Deshantor" and "Bhangon", starring popular Dhallywood actress Moushumi, will be released on November 11 all across the country. On the occasion of the release of "Bhangon", a special press conference was held at the garage of a building in capital's Gulshan area.

In response to a question at the press conference, Moushumi said, 'Our artistes who are new to this industry, are doing very well on various platforms. They are very talented. They can do a much better job if you change your perspective. If you look for their scandals, they will not be able to move forward. They should be encouraged a lot."

"Didn't we make mistakes? We also made many mistakes. However, the journalists in our country always helped us to rebuild a positive image and presented it beautifully to the audience. I hope they will do this for the newcomers as well," she added.

"Bhangon"—which has been directed by Mirza Sakhawat Hossain—follows the story of marginalised people living in a slum, capturing the tales of their lives.

In "Bhangon", Moushumi plays the role of Julie—a 'churiwali' (bangle seller), who resides near the railway station. The film also casts Fazlur Rahman Babu and Pran Roy, among many others.
