I want to produce a Bangladeshi film: Arbaaz Khan
It was supposed to be a calm post-iftar evening for people of Dhanmondi, however, road 16 was lit up with joy and the excitement of people, who wanted to catch a glimpse of Indian actor, director, and producer Arbaaz Khan, the brother of Salman Khan.
After the success of the first clothing outlet of Being Human by Bollywood actor Salman Khan, the second branch of this clothing store was inaugurated by Arbaaz Khan yesterday in the capital's Dhanmondi area.
Arbaaz Khan was accompanied by his nephew Ayaan Agnihotri and the Chief Operating Officer of Being Human Clothing, Vivek Sandhwar, at the time of inauguration.
Consecutively, the third outlet will be inaugurated tomorrow at Label-2, 5, Rahim's Plaza de CPDL, Zakir Hossain Road, Khulshi, and Chattogram.
Arbaaz came to the store around 8 pm and officially opened the outlet by cutting the ribbon. A press meet and greet was arranged to interact with the media. He shouted to the crowd, "Ami Tomake Bhalobashi."
"The brand is very close to Salman, who started it first. He is so passionate about this brand that he wants it to go global. That's why we kept the price affordable and the fabric very comfortable so that young people can buy it easily," said Arbaaz.
He also expressed his joy of coming to Bangladesh, because this country feels like home to him.
"I love the people here. They are so warm and kind. Today, I had a fully desi platter of iftar, and it was delicious. Hopefully, next time I will come to Bangladesh for a longer period so that I can explore," said the actor.
When asked if he is interested in acting in or producing a Bangladeshi film, he replied, "As everything is going international, of course I want to try my luck here too. However, the film should have that type of story that attracts a large audience and have a connection between these two countries. "
Arbaaz Khan also teased the possibility of making "Dabaang 4."
"The film will definitely come, but I don't know when. Currently, Salman and I have some commitments; maybe after that, we will think about the film," said Arbaaz.
Although the space for the inauguration ceremony was small, the organisers tried their best to accommodate all journalists.
The first 25 customers won a free Salman Khan statement bracelet during its inauguration.
For the Chittagong outlet, Being Human Clothing Bangladesh is offering free signed caps from Salman Khan for the first 25 customers.
Earlier, 'Being Human Clothing Bangladesh' first outlet was launched on September 15, last year. Sohail Khan and Salman's nephew, Ayaan Agnihotri, along with the CEO of 'Being Human', Sanjeev Rao, launched the store.
