Ronaldo loses his cool after Al-Nassr’s goalless draw
Cristiano Ronaldo lost his cool and became embroiled in an on-field spat after Al-Nassr were held to a 0-0 draw in the Saudi Pro League by Al-Feiha.
It was a frustrating night for Portuguese superstar as his team Al-Nassr was held to a goalless. After the final whistle, Ronaldo was involved in an on-field spat with Al-Feiha winger Ali Al-Zaqaan and accused him of time-wasting before storming off the pitch.
The veteran bagged a brace in Al-Nassr's emphatic 5-0 win over Al-Adalah on Tuesday night - but he and his teammates were left frustrated at the weekend as they lost ground in the title race.
AL-Nassr sit second in the Saudi Pro League title race after they dropped points, while title rivals Al-Ittihad secured a 2-1 win against Al-Wehda to go three points clear at the top.
As Ronaldo marched off the field, his teammates and manager Rui Garcia remained to shake hands with the other team.
However, it was not the first time this season that Ronaldo has frustratingly stormed off the pitch.
Al-Nassr will take on Al-Hilal on Tuesday.
