James releases ‘Shobi Bhul’ on Eid day 

After much anticipation, rock icon James released his latest track today, on the first day of Eid. The song, which is titled, "Shobi Bhul", has been written by James and Bishu Shikdar, with the former composing the music as well.

The more you help someone, the better your Eid will be: Badhan

"Shobi Bhul" was uploaded to the YouTube channel of Bashundhara Digital. 

While Eid is a joyous festival, the song itself is quite melancholic and portrays the regret of a lover when his partner leaves him. James' voice perfectly portrays the pain and agony that is conveyed in the lyrics. 

The music video for "Shobi Bhul" has been directed by Shahrear Polock and features Riya Ghosh and James. 

In a press conference with Bashundhara, James had said, "This new song was made keeping in mind the response I got from the last song. Since I had the freedom to work, I took the time to do something nice. I will do more solo songs with them in the future, on this platform."
