Artcell and Souls perform together in Australia
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, renowned Bangladeshi band Souls has been touring Australia, staging multiple concerts in different states of the nation. Recently, Artcell has also landed on Australia for a concert tour.
On Saturday (September 9), the two Bangladeshi bands reunited in the foreign land and staged a joint concert at the ISEE Church Auditorium of Brisbane to celebrate the milestone of Souls.
According to reports, Souls performed over sixteen tracks at the concert. Then, Artcell took over the stage and delivered a medley of Souls songs.
Souls' lead vocalist Partha Barua also joined the stage with Artcell's George Lincoln D'Costa during the medley performance.
Partha shared to media, "Artcell is one of my favourite bands, and seeing them perform on an international ground really warms my heart. They performed a medley of tracks of our band—which was a cherry on top."
"This gesture really touched my heart. This is also the first time we have shared a stage and I will forever treasure this memory," expressed Partha.
The musical event "Band Fest 2023" was organised by the Bangladesh Association of Brisbane. The two bands are also slated to perform in multiple cities across Australia on September 16, 23, and 24.
