Miraz fifty helps Bangladesh post 188 against England
Bangladesh all-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz scored an 89-ball 74 to help Bangladesh post 188 against England in their second and final ICC World Cup warm-up match at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on Monday.
Rain interrupted play in the 30th over after Bangladesh opted to bat first. The prolonged stoppage resulted forced match to be curtailed to 37 overs.
The DLS method re-adjusted the target to 197 afterwards.
Miraz's knock was a team-high after opener Tanzid Tamim scored a 44-ball 45.
England pacer Reece Topley picked up three wickets, while David Willey and Adil Rashid scalped two each.
