Aamir Khan and Rajinikanth may reunite on screen after 30 years
Following the much-anticipated reunion of Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth in "Vettaiyan" after 32 years, there is now speculation that Aamir Khan and Rajinikanth could also share the screen again after three decades. This reunion might happen in Lokesh Kanagaraj's upcoming action-thriller, "Coolie."
According to India Blitz, Aamir Khan is reportedly in talks to make a cameo appearance in "Coolie." If this happens, it will mark his second action film with Rajinikanth, the first being the crime drama "Aatank Hi Aatank" (1995).
The report also hints that Lokesh Kanagaraj might make his Bollywood debut by directing Aamir Khan in a project following "Coolie."
However, there has been no official confirmation from either the producers or the actors regarding these rumours.
Currently, Rajinikanth is in Vizag shooting for "Coolie," which also stars Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, and Mahendran in key roles.
His next project, "Vettaiyan", directed by TJ Gnanavel, features an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Fahad Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Ramesh Thilak, Rakshan, GM Sundar, and others in significant roles.
