Bank Asia signs deal with US-Bangla Airlines

Bank Asia PLC has signed an agreement with US-Bangla Airlines, one of the largest private airlines in Bangladesh.
Zishan Ahammad, head of cards, alternative delivery channel, and internet banking at the bank, and Md Shafiqul Islam, head of marketing and sales at the airline, signed the deal at the Bank Asia Cards Department office in the capital's Shukrabad recently, said a press release.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Under the agreement, the bank's debit and credit cardholders, including all Visa and Mastercard holders, will enjoy a 10 percent discount on the base fare of all domestic flights with the airline.
Other senior officials from both organisations were also present at the signing ceremony.
