Prosenjit Chatterjee and Jeet will be appearing together on screen for the first time in Netflix's "Khakee: The Bengal Chapter", the second instalment of Neeraj Pandey's crime thriller series. This season moves the storyline from Bihar to Bengal in the 2000s.

Prosenjit stated at Netflix's 2025 slate announcement event yesterday that, despite his four-decade-long career in Bengali cinema and Jeet's 22 years in the industry, they never worked together on a film. However, they will finally share the screen in Netflix's "Khakee: The Bengal Chapter", which he considers a big moment for the Bengali audience.

The teaser, unveiled by Netflix India, suggests a gripping clash between the city's most ruthless gangsters and its most determined police force.

"Kolkata's deadliest gangsters will face off against the sharpest cops in 'Khakee: The Bengal Chapter'. Coming soon, only on Netflix," the streaming platform shared on social media.

In addition to Prosenjit and Jeet, "Khakee: The Bengal Chapter" boasts a stellar cast, including Saswata Chatterjee, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Ritwik Bhowmik, Aadil Khan, Chitrangada Singh, Pooja Chopra, Aakanksha Singh, Mimoh Chakraborty, and Shraddha Das.

Notably, Shraddha Das was also part of "Khakee: The Bihar Chapter", which featured Karan Tacker and Avinash Tiwary in key roles.

"Khakee: The Bengal Chapter" is directed by Debatma Mandal and Tushar Kanti Ray, with Neeraj Pandey as the showrunner and writer. The series is co-written by Mandal, Pandey, and SamratChakraborty.
