Adviser Mahfuj Alam today urged citizens to shift their focus from "destructive" actions to constructive initiatives.
He emphasised the importance of building rather than breaking, in a status on his verified Facebook account past Wednesday midnight.
"Do we have the power to build?" he wrote.
"We are confronting regional and global hegemony. It's not just about breaking some statues or buildings."
Instead of breaking idols, he stressed on counter hegemony to stand up to the ideas and thoughts of the enemies.
"We should gradually move away from breaking projects and take on building projects."
"The [Awami] League or Hasina is essentially nothing, rather an extension of regional hegemony. And regional hegemony is creating its hegemony through realistic statecraft, skilled human resources in the country and the diaspora, and strengthening the state's institutions," he added.
"Our counter-hegemony also depends on these three aspects. After breaking, there is an opportunity to build, but an endless breaking project does not indicate a good future for us. The building projects will start and be implemented very quickly. Be active in the building work," he urged.
"The implementation of the reform commission recommendations will start soon. Rehabilitation of families of the injured and killed, and the trial of July uprising are also ongoing. These efforts will gain more momentum this month," he added.
He further noted that dismantling the fascist system is not merely about destruction but also about creating alternatives. The new focus should be on building rather than breaking.
"PS: The regional hegemony will be responsible for all political unrest caused by the dissemination of killer Hasina's speech and its repercussions," he said.
"The fight has just begun. A resolution might come a decade later, but our current preparations are inadequate," he added.
The adviser further emphasised the potential for transforming negative energies like anger, rage and hatred into positive forces.
He reiterated the importance of leveraging creative power for the upcoming decade-long democratic and anti-hegemonic struggle.
"Look towards the future; history has given us an opportunity. We must win this time, and there's only one way to win—creating statecraft, strong institutions, and skilled and dignified human resources. May Allah grant us wisdom and foresight," he added.
