Renowned singer Ed Sheeran and Hollywood actor Scarlett Johansson have been included in TIME Magazine's annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. Other notable names from the entertainment industry include Demi Moore, Kristen Wiig, and Adam Scott, star of the series "Severance".

This year's list, however, features no Indian personalities.

Under the 'Artists' category, the list includes Ed Sheeran, Scarlett Johansson, Adam Scott, Kristen Wiig, Rashida Jones, Diego Luna, Danielle Deadwyler, Hozier, and Mohammad Rasoulof.

Meanwhile, the 'Icons' section features names such as Demi Moore, Adrien Brody, and Hiroyuki Sanada. Blake Lively has been named under the 'Titans' category, while Rose appears in the 'Pioneers' section.

Snoop Dogg and filmmaker Jon M Chu are included in the 'Innovators' segment.

Regarding the selection process, an excerpt from TIME reads: "At its center is a process overseen by Dan Macsai and Cate Matthews, who leads TIME's journalists through a year of debate and discovery, speaking with sources and partners around the globe to whittle down a list of 100 individuals."

This year's issue features five cover stars: Snoop Dogg, Demis Hassabis, Serena Williams, Ed Sheeran, and Demi Moore.

In previous editions, several Indian celebrities made it to the list. Alia Bhatt was included in 2024, while Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan featured in 2018 and 2023 respectively.
