Sheltech (Pvt.) Lt has announced the commencement of its 37th anniversary housing fair, offering buyers discounts of up to Tk25 lakh on select apartments and commercial spaces.

The fair will run from April 15 to May 15, across Sheltech's offices in Dhaka and Chattogram, open daily from 10am to 6pm, including Fridays.

More than 300 properties in prime locations - including Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Bashundhara, Uttara, and Jolshiri Abashon in Dhaka, and Panchlaish R/A in Chattogram - are being showcased.

As part of the anniversary campaign, prospective buyers who register during the event will also receive complimentary interior consultancy services from Sheltech's in-house architectural experts.

The event was inaugurated Tuesday by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech, at a ceremony attended by senior company officials including Naushad Choudhury, Strategic Planning, PR & Marketing Advisor; Chief Operating Officer Shajahan; Senior GM Engineer Hosneara Parvin; and Head of Sales & Marketing A K M Rafiul Islam.
