Bangladesh's scheduled five-match T20I series has been reduced to three matches, a Pakistan Cricket Board press release on Tuesday confirmed.

The BCB had managed to increase the ongoing UAE series from two to three matches, all the whole working on the possibility to reduce or reschedule the Pakistan series to a single venue.

According to the press release issued in Urdu, the two boards agreed to reduce the five-match series to three matches. It also mentioned that the three matches will be held in Lahore.

The dates of the three matches, however, was not announced.

According to the original schedule, Bangladesh were supposed to play five T20Is in Lahore and Faisalabad.
