Oil-laden train derails, rail service between Sylhet, Dhaka and Ctg halted

Rail communication of Sylhet with Dhaka and Chattogram has been suspended following a train derailment in Habiganj's Madhabpur upazila.

Four tankers of an oil-laden train derailed in Shahajibazar Outer area around noon today, Shafiqul Islam, officer-in-charge of Shayestaganj Railway Police Station, told our Moulvibazar correspondent.

No casualty was reported at the time of filing this report.
