AL announces council dates for its associate bodies

The ruling Awami League today announced the date for council of its associate bodies including Jubo League.

The decision came following the directive of Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, said a press release signed by AL Office Secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap.

As per the announcement, the national council of Bangladesh Krishak League will be held on November 6 while National Shramik League on November 9, Bangladesh Awami swechchhasebak League on November 16 and Bangladesh Awami Jubo League on November 23.

The council venue of the organisations was fixed at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in Dhaka.

Besides, the council of Awami Matsajibi League will be held on November 29 at the Engineers Institute of Bangladesh.

On September 14, the ruling party announced its 21st national council which will be held on December 20 and 21 to elect the party’s next leadership.
