Forced Induction Meet - 300 Feet Road, Purbachal
Turbo cars used to be the reserve of the extremely wealthy or the extremely lucky back in the heady days of the early 2000s. Even now, Bangladeshi car enthusiasts speak in hushed tones of a monster GC Subaru Impreza, terrorizing the streets of Dhaka in turbocharged, tuned frenzy. These days, turbos are more common - from the latest Honda Civics to turbo motor converted Toyotas and even rare machines like the Delica turbo-diesel van, snails seem to be invading the streets.
Last weekend, Kazi Farhan and Navid Hossain along with Redliners Bangladesh organised a forced induction meet to celebrate turbocharged and supercharged machines. Good going folks!
