To strengthen the triangular relationship of parents, students and teachers, Daffodil International University (DIU) organised a programme under its Art of Living course titled "Parents' Day" at the campus on April 7, 2018.

Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, BOT of DIU was present as the chief guest. Presided over by Acting VC, Prof. Dr. SM Mahabub Ul Haque Majumder, the programme was also addressed by Prof. Dr. AMM Hamidur Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science; Prof. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Dean (Permanent Campus); and Prof. Dr. Farid A Sobhani, Dean, HRDI. Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju, Director of Student Affairs conducted the interactive programme where around 3000 students, parents and guardians took part and exchanged views.

Parents appreciated the DIU authority for organising such a great event where everyone shared their feelings and got the opportunity to meet the people of DIU and spend time with them in an intimate environment.
