Daffodil International University (DIU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC) for cooperation and strengthening education and research in the field of nuclear science and engineering and related programmes. In this regard, an MoU signing ceremony was held on April 25, 2018 at the conference room of BAEC.

Mahabubul Haque, Chairman, BAEC and Prof. Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, VC, DIU signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.  

Under this agreement, BAEC will allow undergraduate and graduate students as well as teachers of Nuclear Engineering and related subjects of DIU for research work on relevant topics at BAEC under the joint supervision of BAEC scientists/engineers and academic staff of the related Department of DIU.
